Diana Adegu
is the CEO and Co-founder of BBYoU foundation. She is a passionate social entrepreneur with over ten years of mentorships to girls. She has been involved in girls trainings and empowerment by being a member of Women in technology network. She currently holds a BSc in Electrical and Electronics engineering from Kenyatta university. She is also a sustainability enthusiast.

She is the cofounder and Chief Operations Officer at BBYoU foundation. Beatrice has a vast experience in mentoring children to be young innovators. Through her current role as a program manager in Making innovators, she has succesfully organise several mentoring and training booth camps for children to reuse waste and blow their innovative minds. She is currently a finalist student at University of Nairobi pursuing BSc in Meteorology studies.

She is the Co-founder and Chief Development Officer at Be best You Foundation. Emily is a highly experienced mentor and trainer in entrepreneurship.With vast experience in group formation and management. She has coached and trained several SME’s on entrepreneurship and book keeping. She is also passionate about mentoring children to thrive in education. She has previously partnered with GIZ E4D SOGA PROGRAMME in offering coaching and mentorship services. She holds a degree in education from Maseno University



He is the Co-founder and Chief Finance Officer at BBYoU foundation. He has been passionate about empowering children from humble backgrounds to proceed with education and also in giving youth opportunities to earn an income. He has supported several children through scholarship programs. He holds a degree in BSc Mechanical engineering from University of Nairobi and currently works at KENGEN as chief projects engineer



Victor is the chairman to the board. His exceptional leadership in volunteer experience makes him provide advice and direction to the organisation. He is also experienced in executions and follow ups. He is the current chair to Kwoyo secondary school alumni association. He holds a MSc. In energy policy and BSc in mechanical engineering

Siri is the chairlady to the board of BBYoU foundation. She is currently a tutor at KIBIT, Nairobi campus. She has vast experience in providing leadership especially to the youths. She is also experienced in giving strategic direction to organizations. she is a civil engineer by profession

Joseph Adegu
Joseph is the media person. When he starts something, he never gives up but pursues it to the end. He is therefore brings good project execution skills. He is also passionate about mentorship and training. He is currently a student at Dedan Kimathi University University pursuing Mechatronics engineering

Evelyne Muvayain
Evelyne is the chief mentor trainer and counsellor. She offers sobriety to the group. She has a wealth of experience in dealing with youths from her service as dean of women in Baraton university. She has also been involved in the development of children curriculum and coaching of children. She is a teacher by profession and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in counselling psychology from University of Nairobi

Ann Khaemba
Ann doubles in as an accountant and social worker at Blessed generation .Vast experience in handling vulnerable children with 12 years of experience.
A holder of a Bachelor ‘s degree in Business Administration Baraton University

Bosco Mwandiki Njeru
Bosco holds a degree in Education from Maseno University. 12 years experience in Banking Operations. He currently works with Absabank Kenya Plc as a Customer Experience Executive.
